Everything was good, the hotel is wonderful and fairly clean with great services.

We liked every detail about our really nice 2 nights stay here. Nice beds and climate control, pay TV and a safe box. The personnel was high quality and competent.

It was a fairly nice experience. Staff was highly professional and hotel was well-maintained. The room was updated, liked it. The restaurant was excellent and the food was excellent. Outstanding service at all times too.

Fairly clean hotel in a new building right by Cruise Ship, Old San Juan, airport. The pool area is amazing too.

The hotel was traditional, but I stayed for 1 night only. Got complimentary wake up service, that was nice of them. Only 5 min walk to downtown.

A wide range of restaurants to eat close by, like Metropol that was only 10 minutes' walk away. It was definitely 4 stars for us. Brilliant base for a trip in San Juan❤

The a swimming pool was a bonus for relaxing. We booked it before and recommend it to everyone.
